Modified Fasting Diet


This diet uses the principles of modified fasting where carbohydrates are eliminated after 2 pm.

You will have fun eating whatever you crave during the morning, but in the evening you will have to show restraint eating only the foods indicated in this plan.

A great program for any Holiday!

You will be able to eat all the delicious foods traditional to any special season, but there is a catch:

You can only eat your special foods before 2 pm!

It is quite an easy diet to follow, and it even gives you two options for breakfast and lunch.

The first options are elaborate.

The second options are quite easy to prepare.
